Docs Realty (owned by Darrell B. Saunders Properties, LLC) operates in the middle of the four county area called the "Triad", which includes High Point and Greensboro. We enjoy helping all who need real estate services from outside and inside our area. Most people don't buy or sell homes often enough to be familiar with the real estate process. Having a broker from our company available to help keep the process moving can speed the transaction to a closing. We attempt to work fast and save you time by doing the things for buyers and sellers that might otherwise cause them to miss work.

Being a small company means you are buying the services of our whole agency. We can list homes quickly and set appointments to help buyers quickly also. We operate from Archdale, just south of High Point. We take listings from all around the Triad including Forsyth, Davidson, Guilford and Randolph Counties.

Darrell B. Saunders, Broker

Darrell is an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative). He is a former high school principal and college professor. After his career in education, and forty years of home ownership, his interest in people and real estate led to the formation of Docs Realty. He prides himself in providing people of the Triad good, honest advice and broker services.

Darrell has a Doctor of Education and many former students fondly call him "Doc". He especially enjoys helping young real estate buyers find and buy their first home.

April Quick

April has worked in the real estate industry for four years. She has experience as listing coordinator, buyer coordinator and bookkeeper.

She will be working behind the scenes in our business to provide good customer service keeping in touch with our buyers and sellers.
